Warm up with sliding core work, take flight in Bakasana (Crow/Crane Pose), balance in Sirsasana II (Tripod Headstand), twist launch in Parsva Bakasna (Side Crow/Crane Pose), open your hips and fly in Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon).
