We deliver content and materials to you immediately upon purchase, and you will be able to access them in virtual real time. Accordingly, we operate with a strict no refund policy. Out of fairness to all of our students, we do not make exceptions to our no-refund policy, and we must remain consistent.

Despite our strict refund policy, we will do our very best to help you get the most out of any product or class you may purchase. To the extent you are not pleased with a product or if it fails to meet your reasonable expectation, please email us ASAP with any concerns or issues. We will always do our best to offer you a replacement product that might be more in keeping with what you are seeking to learn, so long as you are in touch within a short while of gaining access to the course or class material. While our practice is to attempt to find the best “fit” for students in real time, in some instances we can offer you credit, good for at least 12 months from the date of issuance to be used toward any of our online products.

Furthermore, our online order and registration process may not be perfect. We will do our best to help resolve any difficulties you might encounter. If a defect is found, or if our technical support staff can confirm the problem but cannot provide a fix or work-around within the hours/days immediately following your purchase, we will promptly refund you.

If you are experiencing difficulties with access or our website, please e-mail us with as much info as possible and a copy of the invoice we sent to you by e-mail when you purchased. The more information you can provide to us, the easier it will be for us to help you diagnose any problems and workarounds, so please provide info about the device you are attempting to access with/from, the browser you are using, share which operating system you are on if you know and please send along a complete description of the problem you encountered. We will do our best to assist with any problems ASAP.
