Put a little spring in your step with this frog flow. Bhekasana (Frog Pose) is an underrated back bend. This pose beautifully opens up your shoulders, your back, and your hip flexors. It is a great prep for even deeper back bends, is great to pair with other belly down back bends like Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) and Gherandasana (Sage Gheranda’s Pose), and a great pose to work up toward on its own.
