This session will expand your breath and open your heart in a strong and fun backbend flow progression. Warm up efficiently with a few breath based sun salutations (pause the video and do more if needed) and directly progress to linked poses that dynamically prepare you for Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow Pose). Expand your backbend capacity in this moderately paced strong flow.
