Practice this complete vinyasa class whenever you want a longer and stronger and deeper practice to challenge and nourish you. Begin with a few grounding poses, expand your breath with supine pranayama, build heat in sun salutations, progressively weave standing and seated poses together with arm balances/inversions to culminating linkings of bound poses. Counter pose with backbends, nourish yourself with a shoulder stand variation and rest deeply in Savasana.
