Gently and deeply open up the front of your body is this practice of the inversion + backbend, Setubandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose). This pose opens your chest and shoulders, lifts your heart, expands your breath and gives the boons of courageous calm and illumination. Practice this class anytime you’ve been sitting for long periods, you breath is shallow, your spirits are low, and/or you wish to feel more open, more powerful and more courageous of heart.
