Learn and practice a supported version of Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand Pose) and experience the deep rejuvenation and bliss that this inversion offers. After exiting the pose, relax deeply for a few moments in Savasana, then sit for a short meditation (sit for longer if you have the time).
