Yoga Live Membership

Our Membership Program provides you with access to all classes live-streamed by Noah in exchange for a monthly fee of $89. Memberships include access to Noah’s live-streamed class content only, and do not include access to Online Courses or Practice Packages that are sold separately.

When you purchase a Membership, you will initially be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe.Members will be billed on a monthly basis, and Membership will continue in effect on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of subscription unless and until cancelled. Members may cancel their membership at any time for any reason by emailing Customer Support at info@noahmazeyoga.com. In order to validly cancel please be sure to include your full name and the email address you use to login to our Website. Alternatively, Members will be billed on a monthly basis, and Membership will continue in effect on a recurring basis corresponding to the term of subscription unless and until cancelled (or Member’s account or our service is otherwise suspended or discontinued pursuant to our posted Terms & Conditions or as mandated by law). In order to avoid auto charges, Members must cancel subscriptions prior to any monthly renewal date. If we increase the price of Membership, we will notify you via email ahead of any increase, no fewer than 10 days’ prior to the institution of any new member pricing. Increases will apply to the next payment due after the notice. If a Member cancels Membership before the end of the applicable billing cycle, your account will be cancelled as of the following month. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period, and we will not reimburse you for the remainder of any paid month. Effective cancellation will cancel your membership moving forward. If you are billed in error after any effective cancellation we will refund you any amounts erroneously billed. Because our service is offered in multiple time zones, a “day“ for purposes of this Agreement begins at 12:00am Pacific Time and ends at 11:59pm Pacific Time of that same calendar day.

Members may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. We may cancel any membership we believe has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our discretion. For example, excessive viewings or logins by any Member will be construed as fraudulent use, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When becoming a Member you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.
